Take advantage of Richard's local dining recommendations. we enjoyed a fantastic meal at the nearby Chinese restaurant after his suggestion.

Some rooms are noted to be on the small side, with low ceilings and limited space for luggage, which might be a squeeze for those traveling with more gear. The Wi-Fi can be a bit unreliable at times and there’s only one USB charging socket, which isn't enough for modern needs. the breakfast area had limited seating, leading to potential wait times during busy periods.

A delightful breakfast experience

Woke up to the inviting aroma of a freshly cooked breakfast, where the attention to detail of the hosts truly enhanced our stay. The quiet garden was a lovely retreat after a day of exploring.

the bramwood is a charming place to stay. the room was so cozy and immaculately clean, and i absolutely loved the luxury bedding that felt like a cloud. also, breakfast was delicious with great options and quality. it’s in a quaint...  

My stay at the Bramwood Guest House was delightful, featuring a spacious, immaculate room with a very comfortable king-sized bed. The delicious, freshly cooked breakfast included a great variety, and the complimentary tea and cake upon arrival was a lovely touch....  

It was just a great fit for a weekend outing in Pickering with reasonable value. The room was larger than average with plenty of tea and coffee supplied. Parking can get a bit tricky during busy times.

The breakfast was superb, offering a variety of freshly cooked options, and the system for table assignments eliminated any confusion. The location was ideal, right in the heart of town, making it easy to explore charming shops and restaurants. the room felt a bit small and there was limited storage space for luggage, which made unpacking a bit challenging. Although parking was available, it would have been nice to have designated spots for better organization. a pleasant stay with great food and a convenient setting.

Couple's Excellent Stay

We were welcomed with tea and cake, which felt a bit like a deceptive treat, and we enjoyed it in their lovely garden. The breakfast, freshly cooked and hot, was the perfect remedy for the day ahead.

It wasn’t cheap, but honestly, the experience made it acceptable.

I had an amazing stay! The breakfast was so delicious, especially the kippers and poached egg. The bedding felt like a cloud, making my sleep incredibly restful. The only issue was I had to find a pen for my breakfast order!

During my stay, I was delighted with the new kingsize room, which offered a separate dressing area and a nice view of the garden. The experience was calming, especially after a busy day of photography. I really appreciated the complimentary tea...  

Cozy vibes and yummy food

Loved the super comfy king-sized bed, I slept like a baby! The decor in the room was on point, so charming. Had a nice surprise with fresh tea and cake as we arrived, such a sweet touch. Just a heads up, the parking can get a lil tricky at peak times.
